Need Commercial Loan ASAP

Small Business Owner Needs a Commercial Loan- ASAP, want this loan to purchase small Laundromat with six unit apartment. Building is up and running, all apartment are rented and Laundromat is in full use. will have no problem paying back loan.
My Credit is about a 640 and clean. I currently have 2 rental unit of my own. will love to buy the property from owner before it goes..
