I am starting up a new business in Michigan, Ohio or Indiana. The location depends on the deal I can get on the building, but my goal would be to start the business in Michigan's metro detroit area. The business is an indoor karting, restaurant and corporate conference facility.

Businesses such as these are very successful throughout the country and are growing rapidly. One business in this field makes one million a month!

The business plan is proven and will pay off the initial debt in two years.

Please e-mail me and the below address if you are interested. Please make the subject title of the e-mail "Business Investor".

Thank you,

Great that you have a PROVEN BUSINESS PLAN. Can I see it??

How soon will you start?? Would be very interested in how you pick location.

How much money are you looking for?? And how many investors??

If your interest is legitimate, you will definately be able to see the business plan. But, until I am comfortable that your intentions are honorable and/or legiet, then you cannot see it. I am sure you can appreciate and understand that.

I am looking to start right away. If I had the money I could literally buy a building and start enforcing my plan immediately.

If you want to talk more seriously, and learn about what this is, please e-mail me.

Sounds like a Catch 22, " If your interest is legitimate", and "your intentions are honorable"

HOW CAN I ANSWER THAT UNTIL I SEE THE BUSINESS PLANS.

I am NOT ready to buy a building without plans.

What is your e-mail and I will send you my business plan. I do not want to post it on a public forum. That is my main problem.

If you are interested, I would appreciate you e-mailing me at:

Hi Tony:

I understand the fact that you do not want to share your business plan with any Tom, Dick or Harry. That said, you also do not want to create a barrier with interested parties. My suggestion is that you create a simple "Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement" that you offer to interested parties when initiating communication...that sets a professional mutual expectation level....and once signed offer a "snapshot" summary of you concept to be followed up with sharing the full plan if the interest party engages at a more committed level.

Go get'em Tony. Good luck with your funding.
