Lookign for a Loan or Credit for to invest into real estate in ex Soviet Union "Uzbekistan"!

Thats how it works:

2002 One Bed room Apartment in central area was 5000 USD
2003 One Bed room Apartment went up 15000 USD
2008 One Bed room Apartment is 40000 USD

This is all fact! I made some money thru investing in real estate in those places.
