Short Term High Interest Loan Needed

I have a large transaction closing the middle of next month but have an immediate cash need of $25,000. I can verify the closing and I am willing to pay a placement fee and a high rate of interest. Reply ASAP.

What is your history?? How long do you need the funds??

I am located in southwest Florida but my company does business throughout the southeast and midwest. The pending transaction is the sale of a shopping center in Indiana. The commission is in excess of $116,000. The closing will occur mid June - late June at the latest. The loan will be repaid at time of closing. I can provide appropriate documentation supporting the transaction.
