Need a strtup & working Capital for Imaging Facility

We plan to start a Imaging Facility, mainly MRI center and are looking for a loan of $500,000. I need to know where i can find a investor with a good rate. we can bring in $100,000 as start up capital, but need the rest.
We have a Business Plan ready and are looking for financing at good rate without collateral. We have a strong model, but lack the collateral for the startup.

We have 2 partners located in Seattle, and 2 in Jacksonville, FL. We plan to open first location in FL. Any suggestions on loan, investors?
