Need money for small business!!

Hi all!

I am currently co-owner of a small women's clothing boutique. I am going to be going out on my own opening a new store, and my credit is so so. It has come a long way, but it's still not great, and I need about 25k to open the new store. I have found the space I want, I am already a buyer (I specialize in high-end, women's clothing) I have all that I need except the money! I am supposed to be receiving my investment back from the first store, but until I do, I need the money to open the new store. I just don't know how long it will take to get the investment back. It's a long story...does anyone have any advice for me???

Tell us more. Where are you, like city and state??
Do you have a Lawyer??. The first item that I would want to see is a Business and
Marketing Plan. Do you have a Bus Name??
*If you *don't know how long it will take to get the investment back, then you also
don't know when you can pay me back. RIGHT.

I am located in Rhinebeck NY. The store I am currently co-owner of is called Pique Boutique. The new store I am opening is going to be called Stop 412. I do have a lawyer, an excellent one. Name of law firm can be revealed on an absolute need be basis. I have begun work on a business plan to open the second store, and I am including marketing, sales forecasting, etc. in that business plan. I can forecast farely accurately due to the fact that where I am opening the new store is not very far from the first in location. The new store will be located in Millbrook, NY. Both Rhinebeck and Millbrook are very wealthy areas in the Hudson Valley. The reason that I chose Millbrook to open my new store is that there is nothing like it in the immediate area, which gives me an edge. I will also be using A LOT of e-commerce for this business. As for when I will get my investment back, that is something that is impossible to give an exact date for, although I have a lawyer working for me to get it back, and a written promise from my business partners for it's return.

Great that you have decided to venture out on your own. We need all the small businesses we can get in this country as it is the small businesses that will lead any recovery.
