HI,I AM LOOKING FOR A INVESTOR OR FINANCIAL BACKER FOR A PIZZERIA RESTRUARAT IN ALMA,GA.WE ARE A SMALL RURAL AREA, POPULATION 10,000.I HAVE A BUSINESS PLAN AVAILABLE.WE HAVE 1 PIZZA HUT IN OUR TOWN.I HAVE ALREADY DONE MY HOMEWORK AND KNOW ,WITHOUT A DOUBT THAT THIS COULD BE A 600,000 BUSINESS A YEAR WITH A 6% INCREASE IN SALES YEARLY.I HAVE 4 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE PIZZA BUSINESS.I HAVE THE DRIVE,DESIRE AND DEDICIATION TO MAKE THIS A SUCCESSFUL COMPANY.ANYONE WITH ANY SUGGESTION, PLEASE GIVE ME ALL THE INPUT POSSILE,

I wish you well in your venture. A word of advice from someone who has sought capital partners and also invested in businesses... Do not sound desperate and emotional. You are pleading instead of being on a quest. The kind of "financial backer", should one come from this, is NOT the kind you would want.

Your plea is so emotional, it will drive most away that are worth their salt.

Need for a investor for start up business. Welcome

Great that you have a business plan. Do you have a business name??
How about a location?? How soon will you be ready to open??
Do you have an Accountant??, A Lawyer?? How large a payroll??
On $600,000, how large a profit??
How much money you looking for?? For how long?? And how will you pay it back??

Are you in the Albuquerque, NM area? They have a few Pizza Pete's pizza locations I know of, but never been to one.
If you are in the Albuquerque area, well Dion's Pizza might be another avenue you might want to consider, they are the best in the west! They out number Pizza Pete's locations, and have a good reputation everywhere. Thier customer service, and food is highly rated at Dion's Pizza.

Oh and never be desperate for anything, except a glass of water in the desert, if you forgot your canteen!
