Why offshore?

What type of return can investors expect?

I am investing in FORECLOSURES . I offer investors 12% return and they receive a mortgage on the property so the investment is secure.

offshore in Jamaica the country is some what under develop and their are lots of opportunity, my research show that could return 15%-18% annually this would be tighted restate development , I do have a CPA and lawyer and ID a risk manager already

Your advisors should be able to give you all of the information you need. We here on the board do not have enough 'information' about you or your plans to be of much help. Your initial post led me (at least) to believe that you had no advisors in place and were looking for some free advice.
