Lol, you are God sent, I can always use a good partner, shot me an email. Honestly Lucky I have a few wealth people trying to buy my company but I won't sell because its about helping people with respect to making a small profit, not trying to rip people off like I see a lot of law & accounting firms do. I'll have to tell you my story one day, I'm honestly thinking about making a movie out of it.

Hello Felton! My 1000 questions I will try my best and sum up! I just signed my business contract. All my business info you can read on my profile. I need to get incorporated. Can you explain what that really means? Where do I do this at. I googled it and ended up with a million web sites. Also I have heard many things on existing business title transfers. Some people say a restaurant is not transferable, and some say it is! I have until the 30th to find my funding and start things up at my restaurant. Thank goodness it is a turnkey operation. Please help. where can i find quick funding? >>>>>>

Wide Eyedgrrl I have some good news, and bad news for you.
First things first though. Try google search engine and type "What is a Corporation or LLC", now for researchive purposes a large amount of wep sites will pop up, thats ok because most will have information on what is a corporation and why you should start one.

I like the SBA(Small Business Administration) http://www.sba.gov/services/financialassi
stance/index.html
or
SCORE http://www.score.org/index.html <this one is free, and has live counslers to help you!

These web sites will give you all the info, and help your looking for.
Now the bad news: All states have fees for forming a corporation orr LLC, but it does not stop there. There are several steps that must be taken before the actual formation. the whole proscess can take up to 45 days or more. Now forming a corporation in Delaware, or Nevada can be expidited for an additional fee.

Now even worse news: To get any type of lending you must have a good sound "Business Plan", the above web sites can assit you in that as well. Then there is the loan time, it is never a overnight thing, and if someone claims it is it's probly a scam of some sort!

SBA & SCORE web sites should be where you begin!

Good luck with your restraunt!
