Well, Tim. Let me get this straight.

1. You are a promoter and a good one at that. You promote concerts and events. That is what you do, that is your profession.

2. On November 17, 2007 you promoted and schedule a show you called "The Big Show" at Amway Arena. The show was cancelled then rescheduled for reasons I am not privy too. I was not an investor during that time.

3. On February 17, 2008 "The Big Show" was to take place again at Amway Arena. Again YOU, TIM BRYANT, cancelled the show. (This is according to you, and other vendors that I have contacted have documented, and have emails from).

4. On May 17, 2008 you have a show schedule at the Sun Dome called "The Big Show Tampa Remix". (You and I can both post here on May 18 after you CANCEL THAT SHOW TOO!!!!)

Could you please explain to me, the other investors, as well as everyone else reading this, how you have been unable, as a promoter, to promote this single event and had to cancel it what will soon be three times in six months???

Your contract states NOTHING about canceling an event do to slow or low ticket sales. If the ticket sales are not up to par, then YOU DIDNT DO YOUR JOB!!! In fact, is states that if you, Tim Bryant dba On Tour Entertainment, cancels the show for any reason, me, the investor will be paid back 100% of all monies invested PLUS and additional 5% WITH 14 DAYS of scheduled event!!!

Just so we do not take things out of content here. Let's quote your contract that you and I BOTH signed:
"If the event is cancelled by the Promoter for any reason the Promoter agrees to return any investment monies paid to Promoter by Investor with an additional five (5%) percent fee within fourteen business days from scheduled event date listen herin."

TIM, FEBRUARY 17, 2008 WAS MORE THAN 14 DAYS AGO!!!! YOU ARE IN BREACH OF YOUR OWN CONTRACT!

And just so everyone else knows. Tim Bryant, nor anyone from On Tour Entertainment ever contacted me regarding my investment to inform me that the show had been cancelled! I did my own investigation and contacted the venue, the vendors, and the celebraties ON MY OWN to find out it was cancelled by TIM BRYANT WITHOUT CAUSE!!!! Tim Bryant then contacts me AFTER one of his sponsors informed him that the show wasn cancelled! Tim didn't even notify his own vendors!!!!

Tim, why do you have so much time to POST HERE, and play with your silly MySpace page, but you have not time to contact via email or phone, your investors!!!

Don't say I haven't contacted you, I have phone records and email records. The fact of the matter is, I HAVE CONTACTED YOU, YOU HAVE JUST REFUSED TO RETURN MY CALLS AND EMAILS!!!!

Tim, you are on notice, return my monies plus 5% as agreed upon in the contract or legal and possibly criminal action WILL BE TAKEN!!!

The BIG Show was postponed due to ticket sales, we got a call from the arena telling us that we neded to postpone the event and maybe even move it out of the orlando area. We were pushed to postpone the event, and it was done in a split second there were no plans by us at the time to cancel the show at all. I am not going to sit and argue with you or anyone else here for that matter. Your contract also states that you would receive your intial investment returned plus an additional 5% UNLESS the event has been postponed FOR ANY REASON.... For any reason would cover the ticket sales problem. We spent 25,000.00 promoting that event just in radio advertising (We even had the number one artist at the time (DJ Khaled) do the commercial spots, and myself along with our street teams were out every evening at all of the hottest clubs in Orlando giving away tickets with the hottest DJ in Orlando. We also spent almost 3,000.00 on Flyers and posters for the event and placed them in the central Florida clubs (including Tampa) and downtown orlando along with areas of Orlando that fit that music market. We also paid the amway arena 15,000.00 for the venue and they posted the event on there main page of the website. The event was listed on Ticketmaster.com along with pollstar.com and several other websites for entertainment in the central Florida areas, and the event was listed on all of the performers websites and myspace pages as well, along with our website and myspace pages. We also did blog posts on AOL and myspace several dozen times. We DID OUR JOB! DO NOT EVER TELL ME THAT WE DO NOT DO OUR JOB!!!!!!!!

I do my job very well and I have promoted some of the hottest artists of all time. You contacted the Amway arena the day after they pushed us to postpone the event. I am sorry you did not hear from us however we needed to re-group and lock in a new date for the event prior to contacting anyone. Do you think I should have called you and said "hey we are going to postpone this event but we have no clue when it will be? NO! We had not even spoke to the sponsors yet about the matter. We had to figure out a new date prior to doing so. Most promoters would have just cancelled the event and that would have been the end of it and you would have lost your money. It was the next day and the decision with the arena was made at 4:30 pm. The truth is you freaked out and you did speak to us several times since the event was postponed and I have phone records and emails as well. Email me or call me on Monday and I will be more than happy to speak with you about this matter and put it to rest.........

Tim, You didn't answer my question:

"Could you please explain to me, the other investors, as well as
everyone else reading this, how you have been unable, as a promoter, to
promote this single event and had to cancel it what will soon be three
times in six months???"

(Of course I am making the assumption that you are going to cancel the next show you have sheduled for this Saturday, May 17th 2008!)

Tim Bryant said:
"I am sorry you did not hear from us however we needed to re-group and
lock in a new date for the event prior to contacting anyone.
"

I am sorry too! You took my money, I thought out of good faith, and failed to follow through. Are you still re-grouping? Your MySpace website states that this new show has a new date (the third date I may add) and that date is this Saturday! Of course, I was never notified of this! I just found out by visiting your website!

So lets see, I contact you Monday, and you will pay me what we agreed upon in our contract. Because by Monday, the event in question will have already taken place RIGHT?!

Or I contact you Monday, and you wire back monies you've already received since you've CANCELED the show slated for this Saturday May 17th?

Geez Tim, which is it going to be? How many more "investors" are out there that you have treated like us? I have a hard time believing that there are only two of us. I bet I could find more.

The original three solicitation posts have suddenly disappeared from the board. I wonder why? The pitches told potential investors that representative expenses for each of the 200+ events scheduled this year were $6,000 for event promotion, $5,000 for a 5,000-seat venue, and $12,500 for the event's performing artists.

Three community members (with about a hundred years of combined experience at this) suggested that the cost side estimates were far too low, and that it was virtually impossible to sell 5,000 tickets to a show featuring artists who would play for $12.5K, especially if you only spent $6K on advertising and promotion. Ontourinc indicated that he had done it for ten years and (through expertise and industry connections) was positioned to continue doing it for new investors.

According to the latest post:
"We spent 25,000.00 promoting that event just in radio advertising"
"We also spent almost 3,000.00 on Flyers and posters for the event"
"We also paid the amway arena 15,000.00"
"The show was postponed due to ticket sales."

As I said before, this appears to be a bit of learning experience for all the parties involved. I hope it works out for you.

Lighthouse24>>>> The show you speak of was in St.Petersburg, Fl. The advertising cost was so low because we worked with one of the major radio stations at the time and they sponsored the event (Which happens all the time). Plus we promoted on the street for over 3 months. There are plenty of bands out there who will play for 5k - 15k and they are national acts. You have to get them at the right time of year and while on a tour route. It is not very hard to sell 5,000 tickets to a rock event in a town that supports that type of music, expecially when it is a band who had not been through that area in 2 years. I have all of the receipts and contracts to prove that event and the ticket master logs. The Orlando market as far as Urban music goes is where the problem is here. It was a very hot market and now because of the club scene bringing in acts that are in the 50k range and selling tickets for 10.00 a head so they can make money on liquor is what has killed the market. That is how the house of Blues stays in business and by the way they are owned by livenation. All of the clubs here are in a race to see who can bring in the hottest acts the quickest. We had artists from the Big show who were playing our market after they went into contract with us, which can hurt ticket sales when you can see the same artist for 10.00, a month prior to a large event with tickets being 57.00. Even the hottest club in Orlando stabbed us in the back on that show, they cancelled the pre-party and brought in there own acts to compete against us. Orlando is a cut throat market and it got that way very quickly, so we have decided to no longer do urban market shows in Orlando only country and alternative rock. No matter what everyone here may think we do know what we are doing. If everyone here is to say that we do not know the business then neither does any of the other companies out there including livenation. They lose millions of dollars a year from cancelled shows due to ticket sales. On your note of our ads being removed.... I did not remove them. I was not aware that you could even do that. I am not going to post her anymore, I unlike redonion have better things to do, like shows this weekend. I must say that redonion is like a child trying to fry ants in the back yard. I responded to tye's posts and did as I stated I would do, now redonion has a complaint (same event by the way) which I have also tried to put to rest, but he keeps on with the insults and ignorance. I have tried to fix this with him but he is making it harder and harder to deal with him... If in fact he wants this resolved all he has to do is call me on Monday......, and your right I have learned alot from this......I hope you all have a great weekend. I will not be wasting my time here anymore.

Update on Tim Bryant dba On Tour Entertainment:

On May 16, 2008 Tim requested that I contact him regarding this matter and that we would straighten everything out and make it right. He requested that I call him Monday May 19, 2008. On May 19th, 2008, I spoke with Tim Bryant. He confirmed to me that "The Big Show", as advertised on his website, did indead finally take place Saturday May 17, 2008. He stated he needed my bank account information so that he could wire me the monies owed as defined in our contract. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME I EVER SPOKE WITH TIM BRYANT!!!!

Again, a good con man aka Tim Bryant, will make promises to buy time without ever having any intent to repay as promised! On numorous occasions Tim Bryant has emailed me claiming he is going to pay. But he always has an excuse. I don't know why the funds haven't been transfered yet, I'll check with my accountant. I'll check into this myself this afternoon. I was busy and out of town, so I have not been up to speed on this situation. You name it, he has an excuse for it.

I have left Tim Bryant and On Tour Entertainment scores of voice messages of which NOT ONE has ever been returned!!

If anyone else has been scammed by this thief, or has any information regarding his breach of contract to either his investors or Musicians and or Comedians, please feel free to contact me at ontourscam@gmail.com.

Unfortunately, I have lost a great deal of money with this con artist. However, I would like to prevent him from taking his scam machine and doing damage to others as well. This guy should be in prision, and I'll do the best that I can to make sure he ends up there.

Any idea of where to find those posts that Tim Bryant made regarding his claim of 200-300 events planned this year? I've noticed they have been deleted also? This guy is a real work of art!

For all you continue to follow the escapades of Tim Bryant and On Tour Entertainment....

Tim Bryant confirmed to me via phone that "The Big Show" did indeed take place Saturday May 17th. He did this via phone on May 19th. He then proceeded to tell me that he was going to wire money to my account and they he also needed my SSN to report my earnings as income.

After approximately 10 days, Tim Bryant dba On Tour Entertainment has come up with ever excuse in the book why he has not wired the money yet. He has been sick, didn't received my emails, I'll check with my accountant, i don't know what the hold up is, I'll look into it personally and get back with you, etc.... And he never once returned a single dime!!! BTW, he never returns phone calls either! Not one phone call has been returned in 6 months!!!

Today Tim Bryant, and On Tour Entertainment is now claiming that the event NEVER TOOL PLACE! However, they also claim that my investment has been used for the event. Of course they can't pay, because guess what? Tim Bryant is now sick!!!

Antweva If he rents from you don't you know where he lives?
Wouldn't he be there? Or did he move out and skip town without paying the back rent?

Sorry I don't know where he is. Apparently he does this a lot - scamming, lying, stealing.
There a whole bunch of people looking for him.
He has lies and steels from people and doesn't seem to care how much it hurts them.

I would keep searching on the web. He is sure to rear his criminal head at some point looking for his next scam.
Maybe he is already in jail. It wouldn't surprize me.

He also contacts companies to get endorsments then keeps the money or merchandise. Do not in anyway shape or form get involved with this guy. He has a criminal record and is sought by many bad people in which he has screwed over.
