We have a family business in India which is a Limited company. It has been in existance since past 18 years. We want to open a subsidiary of that company here in US. Do we need to have a citizen or a green card holder partner with us or can we do it on our own? What is the process? Can someone please give me useful links and share your experience? Thanks
