I work directly with a company and am a private associate for them. the company name is Liberty League. Please feel free to check out their website. www.libertyleague.com . I little about me. I currently work full time with a degree in Occupational Therapy. What kind of business would you like to invest in ? what kind of return are you looking for? How much are you willing to invest? What part of the country? If you are interested in receiving genuine investment/business opportunities, you may benefit by expanding on your own criteria. Thank you 1

InTechSpecial...

Thanks for your post of reason. It's amazing to see how people will flock to anyone offering 'funding' without asking any questions.

Will the person who posted this thread please give some answers to the questions InTech asked? I for one...am at least curious since I too am in the transportation area of business.

I am about to sign a contract to purchase a franchise that has been in its current location for over three years. the franchise itself has been around for over 50 years. the location that i am buying gives me an exclusivity for three surrounding major cities; it is based on population and i will have 1.5 million people. my franchise nets around 300k per year and i can get it for around 475 cash or 650 will the owner financing about 300k. therefore i need either around 475 or about 350. obviously the all cash deal is better, but it is more to come up with. either way, it is still being purchased for well under standart market values. this is completely legitimate, and i would rather bring in an investor than borrow the money from the bank. the only downside is that i have a very short amount of time to decide which offer to make (all cash or owner financing); i am making the offer tomorrow. please call or email me asap if you are interested. this is a unique, out-of-the-box oppertunity that is connected to the entertainment industry. my number is 203-725-1945 an my email is jonwogan@yahoo.com. thanks.

I'm a partner in a successful business and an "angel investor" would be great. We have outstanding clients, we are in a market that is growing rapidly, and we have several current projects that have great potential to be quite lucrative. I have a question. Why would Mr or Ms. "kenbac" be the appropriate source of much-needed capital?

Dear Kenbac

If you are seriously looking forward to invest in a genuine business, I have a company right now that is in dire straits, legititmately needs your help ASAP!!! I put a "desperate plea" out on the forum earlier today and have had only one response which is shocking!! This business is very legitimate, just starting up and not only that, have nearly $230,000.00 waiting to be EFT'd to my company's account once the government send in the provider number to receive their claims.

I have a small medical transportation business which is doing WONDERFUL!!! I have a client base already set since March 17, 2008, in which we started with two patients a week and are now up to 21 and counting and this is consistant monthly. Now we have established a repore, not only with the doctor at the Cancer Center, who requested that I assist him with his patients, but with surrounding dialysis clinics as well as nursing homes. We travel within a 50-60 mile radius daily. There is a need here and I see and know this because of where I work. My company is a lucrative business, but for some reason I didn't account for some of the issues at hand that really put me in a bind with my personal finances.

Me and my fiance' are the only workers right now because I can't afford to hire anyone yet on my personal check. I trusted someone to get all the paperwork in order last August and he took advantage of the situation and now I'm stuck and have to wait on my provider numbers to come in and send my claims to the appropriate authorities in which I have been in touch with them already. I talked w/luckiest earlier, although he has a legitimate and wonderful offer it isn't going to help me RIGHT now get the continuation funds I need to stay in business. I really need some assistance!!!

I am in hopes that you find it in your heart to at least consider looking at my business plan, my claims I already have and not only that, whatever you're offering at this time, line of credit or loan it doesn't matter, would truly be a blessing in disguise, as anything and everything is desperately needed just to stay functioning. I really need you to email me or call as soon as possible. I work graveyards at a hospital and work at my transportation company during the day. Please help I am very tired but very desperate!!!

So please contact me immediately if you can or even if you're not interested just send me an email saying 'not interested'. I have much respect for that. My email is *dmae15@yahoo.com**. Just another tidbit of information, this company adheres to the community and is on the city's list for next year in receiving a possible grant. But as you can tell that's next year. There's a lot riding on your response. So please do so accordingly. Thank you in advance*.

Hi Kenbac,

I am looking for financing for my business. Would like to speak with you when you get the chance. I have recently launched a website in Maryland and had previously co-founded a similar website in Australia (that company is now valued at $13million in 3 years) I think it can be even bigger here.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience

hi my name is denis and i'm in the city of bribane australia i'm about to open a concept salon here and i need investors. Brisbane is a city with about 2 million people and the population is growing by the day to an avereage of 1000 people a week!!! you probably know we have a massive mining boom here and there is a lot of people with money to throw around we get a lot of tourist aswell due to our beautifull beaches and sunny weather a lot of them are mainly from asia and have a lot of cash to spend.my proposal is to establish a concept salon here in brisbane with the abillitie to expand to other cities. The salon it self is under construction and will be ready for bussiness in about 8 weeks time, the location is second to none. there is 20 000 people that live in the 1 square killometre radious and there are 7 hotels within th 4 killometre radious another 200 000 to 400 000 people live and work in the emidiate area. my plan is to provide a service that is second to none, providing beauty, hair.pedi, mani, massage, deep tissue massage and facials under one roof, this concept is relativvely new to brisbane and it will be recieved with open arms,my aim is to provide a relaxed funky modern loungy environment with wireless internet acess and a coffe and liquore lounge aswell. I have been in the industrie for 9 years and have worked for some of australia's leading and most respected salons and have noticed the amount of $$$$$cash that they make providing a below then average service!!!! We have the abillitie to be making a min of $15 000 to a max of $30 000 a week australian dollars and as you probably know the aussie dollar is going up.with that amount af $$$ we can expand in 2 to 3 years with an average return of up to $120 000 aussie dollars per month per salon!!!!! i'm looking for a silent or active investor it's up to them!!!! if you would like any more info please don't hessitate to contact me on my web adrress which is vijasalon@optusnet.com.au or denismarachico@yahoo.com.au which is my personal email adrress thank you for you'r time, Denis E Maravilla managing director of vija concept salon pty.ltd.
