Need a business loan

Hello everyone,

I am in the janitorial business since 2001. I have incorporated in 2007, since then I have grew my business a good size and I have been working with an agency to get me finance with some banks but is charging me a fee for doing some of the work and building my PAYDEX score.
I have some commercial lines of credit already, but it take time to post onto D & B profile.
I was wondering if there is a bank that charges a bit more interest but approves loans to "new" business?

Anyone can help me?

I have a business plan, everything.
I need 35k no more than 5 years, as I would be making more than usual as business grows.
I'd more likely want a credit line as opposed to a loan, but would work too.
