How to buy a trailer park in Florida?

I want to purchase a trailer park in Florida. But I'm a "little guy" with very little money. How do you go about doing it?? I have perfect credit. I know that doesn't mean much when dealing big business $$. Is it possible to do this? Where should I start??

You should start by thinking BIG. Having perfect credit helps.

You need to develop a Business and Marketing Plan. Find the LOCATION.

Contact your local SCORE. SCORE is FREE and they can help you succeed.

I had forgotten about SCORE. I feel if you understand how to maintain a budget and budget in everyday life for nightmares, then a business isn't much different. I am very disciplined. As a working disabled person discipline is a part of my every day life. I manage people every day. I'm just not sure how to finance a trailer park with little money of my own.
