Where are you located?? How long have you have you been in Real Estate??
Do you have a Business and Marketing Plan I can See??
Do you have an Accountant?? Can we see income and expenses??
How much money do you need and for how long?? How will you pay me back??

I am looking to expand and grow a community of Investors about 15,000 strong. The company is based in Scottsdale Arizona, but we are nation wide. I am not looking to borrow money, I am searching for Entrepreneurs who wish to strenghten their knowledege of Real Estate Investment and/or want to make additional income to support their Investing habits. This is not a seminar company, or a get rich quick opportunity. If you are already an accredited Investor...this is a chance for you to take it to the next level. I am in Phoenix now, where are you?
