Logistics Partner needed for expatriate

I work abroad and purchased a commercial property to start a logistics business 3 years ago.
The property 4,000sq ft building 30,000 sq ft land is 8 minuites from Bush Intercontinental in Houston zip77032 .

Because I have not returned to Houston I toyed with using it as an RV Boat park as well.

Meanwhile the property is currently vacant . I could use some advice on what to consider doing with this property.

If I find someone interested in starting an Energy , Logistic, Boat RV Car export or indeed any other business I would hapilly consider.
