Before I give you feed back on this site, you must understand that I am only one person, and a very opinionated one at that.
That being said, Here is my Opinionated review:
Pros:
Designed Well, site looks professional, this company obviously is professional.
Cons:
1. Site Cut to the point instantly. I am not sure if this is good nor bad, but I would favor the belief that you should prelude the core "Web Hosting Reviews" with some "cliche" marketing techniques, to build up the tension and desire to actually review these sites.
2. I am not sure if the man with a monitor head entices me to read reviews, but he will stay in my mind for a period of time, as this is odd. Hmmmmmmmmm, maybe the Mr. Monitor Head has his place since I will remember this part of the site. I am also not sure if this is good or bad. I would lend to think that most people that would need a web hosting review would be a business professional who has limited experience with web hosting. A business professional would need a little more "professionalism" behind this. If you are marketing to a younger crowd this might work ok. "Techies" would not need a review, as "we already have the answer".
Final Analysis: Since you asked for some expert feedback, everyone will post a comment, and state all the things that are wrong in their opinion.
If you would have placed a post, welcoming people to your new website, you would have received mostly positive feedback.
Your best bet would be to open a Google Analytics account, and get a great understanding of what your visitors do while visiting your site, and not rely completely on feedback you recieve here. If I was a competitor, would I not give you an inaccurate view of your website, to discourage your present path(if it was good)?
Also, if it was horrible, as a competitor, I might devalue your ability, and compliment how nice the site is.
A website visitor will make a decision within 10 seconds if he should stay or not. If they stay longer then 10 seconds and visit more then one page, you are on the right path.
