Are you a small business in the USA with fewer than 50 employees? Do you need help with marketing tasks such as writing, translating or editing a document, designing a logo or brochure, or creating / enhancing a Power Point Presentation or excel spreadsheet? Microsoft Task Market connects small businesses to freelancers at http://www.taskmarket.com/. This is a Technology Preview website and Microsoft is looking for ‘Pilot Partners' to help test the website and provide feedback on features and functionality.
As a Pilot Partner, you must be willing to participate fully in the program including posting a job on the http://www.taskmarket.com/ website with a minimum value of $25 or more, review emails from Task Market and from freelancers requesting permission, review the freelancers' profiles, grant permission to selected freelancers, work with the freelancer that reserves the job to complete the task, use PayPal to pay the freelancer for the work and then rate the freelancer after the transaction has been completed. Finally you must be able to provide us with feedback on the website via our online feedback mechanism. You will be given a free copy of Microsoft Office 2007 software for your time as a Pilot Partner.
If you are interested in the Pilot Program, please e-mail your name, company name, e-mail address, phone number, company website address and the idea for a job to be posted to tmpromo@microsoft.com. Send your e-mail no later than 5 pm PST on Monday, May 5th. We will select up to 50 participants and send out confirmation e-mails to those selected to provide terms and conditions for the pilot program ("Pilot Program Terms"). If you agree to the Pilot Program Terms, you will be confirmed to be a participant of our Pilot Program. We will provide you a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2007 as a thank you gift after you have taken all steps as required in the Pilot Program Terms.
