what are the requiremnts to start a business(Restaurant mainly) by a foreigner(Indian).
What visa status should he be to start a business.
What is needed to be done to get a Loan from a bank.

the government offers free advice for starting a new business. go to www.sba.gov/smallbusinessplanner/index.html There also will be one in most cities. They will be able to help you with most of your questions, or will be able to direct you to where you can find answers. Good Luck. Welcome to America. Hope your business florishes. GOD BLESS.
