The Kansas City area construction industry is flourishing and there is an abundance of work available. As an emerging general contractor, my company is currently seeking organizational mangement help and skilled tradespeople. First, if you are an experienced and motivated individual that has conducted private/public commercial estimating/competitive bidding and/or field operations/project management, then we should talk. Additional responsibilities for this experienced individual/potential business partner will also include the ability to recruit, interview and hire skilled artisan's of all trades while I take on business development initiatives to further expand with agencies/public entities. Last, regarding skilled workers, opportunities now for masonry, concrete, precast erectors, fire proofers, Terrazzo installers, metal panels, and quality specialty contractors. So much work...let's get it!
