Need Help finding loans for day care center

I am in missouri and i have a dream of opening a day care center now i have almost a complete business plan. I have done market research I found a building and have almost the numbers down to the penny I know my community needs this and I know i will do well but i don't have any credit or money up front to get a loan and with the regulators being so tight on funding i need help were to get financing.

I am in clinton missouri and I have thought of a name it is creative beginnings! There is not much commercial property where i live i have found a building for sale that used to be an adult day care center which is nice but i would need 325,000 for the building and another 125,000 in start up costs. I don't know what score is? THank you for your reply
