I have bad personal credit & need a loan for small business

Hi,
I have the idea and almost everything I need to start my small buisness. BUT! I already applied for a personal loan with BOA and didnt qualify so Im thinking I wont even qualify for a small buisness loan
is there any where I can go who will cut me some slack and trust me to give me a small loan??
I really need guidance from any one who has knowledge in this area.

Sorry for leaving those things out.
Well Im located in Beautiful San Diego CA.

My Idea is for a Clothing store which will carry everything that us women need to look and feel good- I will have everything from clothing to accesories and the list goes on as you know us girls.
It will be from my clothing line which Im trying to get out there the name is " Krazy/Beautiful Apparel. The type of Customers Im aiming for are females in their late teens to early 20's
the type of clothing I will have will be from classy to sexy to conservative and clubbing look ofcourse everything with todays fashion.
I am willing to pay back a percentage of my winnings in order to pay back what I owe I will be able to do this every month as soon as my business opens ofcourse.
  • Or if you want a certain amount I can do that every month or if u have any suggestions Im willing to hear them. I am willing to sign a contract if you like.*
But will you be lending me the money or do you know of someone or some company that can help?
