Countrywide offers Insurance??

I'm curious what your thoughts are on the subject of Countrywide creating an insurance services branch. I've been recruited by Countrywide but with the impending acquisition from Bank of America and the grim outlook of the mortgage situation I'm watching my step with this decision. Any words of advice?
