Need about 500k to start to New daycare center in central TX

I am trying to open a Daycare Center in Central Texas. Need investors to fund about 500k. The group of Hays county is the 2 fastest growing city in TX.

I am not sure if there is anyone that may know of any leads. The daycare will offer programs for the age group 0-5 yrs, and children with disabilities.

My company may be able to assist with financing your needs. We can acquire business lines of credit ranging from $25k - $1M provided that you have a credit score of 700+. If so, we can usually close within 1 - 3 weeks. We also provide credit restoration should you require help reaching that FICO score.
