I am an entreprenuer currently managing single and multifamily properties. Is there a way to find small investors in real estate ? What would be the best way to market my company?

There are too many answers to your question but I will list some that come right to mind.
If you're looking to reach small investors such as single family homes I'd suggest using local venues such as flyers and brochures placed in strategic locations they frequent like the local supermarket, etc..

Also, in my neighborhood there is a program called "Advertisement in a Bag". This group basically puts together various adv/coupon campaigns from local businesses in to a bag that is hung on the door handles of homes. It's extremely cost effective and can reach as many as 10,000 homes for a few hundred dollars. You just need to create the text and they do the rest, even with photos.

Help sponsor local events or support groups like little league, etc. You gain the benefit of supporting a great cause while advertising your business with banners and materials. As it's considered a donation, you can use it as a tax write-off and advertising expense as well.

My company specializes in small to mid-size strategies for organizations. Feel free to visit us on the web at: http://www.AmexicaServices.com Hope this gives you a starting place.

in response to: TinMan
Possible campaign:
Let your real estate work for you
Earn enough income from rental property to consider giving up your day job

TinMan had a lot of great ideas. Could you get an ad in your location homes for sale magazine? That's where I would look first if thinking of rental property.

Try to link up with a real estate agent. They will likely be able to help you find investors.

I suggest that you attend local REI clubs. You can find a good list at http://www.creonline.com (a free site) and then start attending the regular meetings. Once you have "checked out" the club you can then get on the monthly speaking schedule or offer to sponsor a meeting as the featured business. This strategy gets you in direct contact with the investor base you are looking to connect with and is very cost effective.
