My dh is looking for investers to start up a gymnastics/cheerleading business

Info

She has taught and ran a full cheerleading program for 3 years (with one national championship under her belt)
She has a partner that has been in the gymnastics industry for 15 years(with many state champions under her belt)
They are both partners in the inc.
We have lease agreement for the building.
We need loans and line of credit for equipment for the facility. (These would be secured by the equipment)
Persional credit is blemished because of medical bills while my company was on strike.
My wife has an appoitment with score this week.
We are looking for approximetly $ 40,000.00 in secured equipment
We still need help with business and marketing plan.
