Need help with a Business Plan

Hello everyone, I'm new to the group and I'm glad I found it. I need help understanding how to put together a business plan and if there are easy templates to use, etc. I started my business last year and just jumped out there full of zest. Now, the business is growing and becoming more known, however, it's only me running everything and I just can't handle all the things I've created (that's what I get for being impulsive..l need to hire a Business Development person and a Marketing/Sales person plus a few account reps, however, I don't have enough solid cashflow for employees yet and need funding, hence, the Business Plan..

Any advice will be greatly appreciated..

Blue, welcome to this web site and yes everybody in business needs
a Business and Marketing Plan.
Do you know about SCORE. SCORE is FREE and helps people in business
even in Vancouver,
Washington
You can visit a Score office and talk to a live counselor or go on line (all FREE)
I am a SCORE Counselor in N Y and would be happy to help long distance.

I need help with my business plan as well.

Every time I offer it to a business advisor they tell me it stinks and start over.

I know I will make money by giving stuff away for free, they are wrong.

Enough posts, for today, I have to complete three Pro Bono websites this week.

Last business I owned, I was an independent comedian. That one failed as well.
