Medical transcription business

Hi,
We
have a established Medical transcription business in India and most of
our clients are from USA. I want to start the same sister company here
in USA. Can i get a check list on what i need for starting small/home
business in USA and also advice me on whether its good idea start a new
company or start a sister company in USA(both Pros & Cons).
I appreciate your help.

why you want a sub in usa, it means presently u are a third outsourser
if you want a good business form a company in usa

No, Its sub in usa. I want to shift base to USA. Currently my brother is managing there. We want move it here so that i can provide some jobs in USA but before that i would like to get a check list of what i need to start a business.
