I saw your posting to this business and wanted to contact you about mine. I am a long term B of A customer in Jacksonville, FL and need to take out my partner from our law firm. We have been in business since 1982, I took over as managing partner in 2003. B of A is refinancing my home loan and I am ready to close but cannot get Wachovia to subordinate the remaining business loan balance from my buy in in 2003 - original loan was $275K, now less than $90,000.
