drfriesz,
I currently have a business credit line extension requested with BOAC. I am supposed to be hearing from the "Business Loan" department within the next couple of days. At your convenience, please visit our website @ ( www.weprefermetal.net ) and call or email me to possibly discuss. Please see my posting here titled:

" Addendum: Need (135K) to open (1st) Storefront in Anderson, SC "

Thanks Mr. Friesz,
Steven

Do you have a business plan? if your business process credit cards, you may be able to qualify for a merchant cash advance.

The merchant cash advance will not work for my company, but it may work for this guy who needs the (175K) above.

Our original posting is titled:

Addendum: Need ($135K) to Open (1st) Storefront Location in Anderson, SC << It is a seperate topic listed on this thread.

Thanks..

*+Not everyone will be able to go the same route. That is why there are different ways to go about getting financing for your business needs. I have many years in the commercial lending field, even working with the U.S. Small Business Administration. So, alot of time - I can look at the company and evaluate it quickly to see what kind of process would be the easiest for each individual needing capital. Some will require routes that are quite lengthy and some will not be lengthy at all - just depends on the overall picture. I would be glad to help anyo

Thanks,

Carol

We actually just put together a service to address that particular type of need because so many people cant get bank funding for one of four primary reasons we have discovered. We have a service that addressess all 4 of these reasons and allows you to get funding from your local bank. Its called The Ultimate Funding Solution and I can send you a presentation on it (either in Power Point or PDF format) Email me at ajones@abcsolutions.cjb.net or call us at 877-849-1412

Thats why I offer to send the presentation because I do not want to be accused of doing commercial advertising, but the service consist of making resources available to the loan applicants bank which helps them with a) business credit (without use of personal credit) , b) collateral or security c) funding liquidity and d) business history/cash flow. Based on your post, some of these are not a problem, but you still say that the bank does not want to fund you which is why I believe our program can help with that.We would find out what the bank needs to approve your loan and basically make that resource available through one or more options. If you would like the information , feel free to email me for it at ajones@abcsolutions.cjb.net

I saw your posting to this business and wanted to contact you about mine. I am a long term B of A customer in Jacksonville, FL and need to take out my partner from our law firm. We have been in business since 1982, I took over as managing partner in 2003. B of A is refinancing my home loan and I am ready to close but cannot get Wachovia to subordinate the remaining business loan balance from my buy in in 2003 - original loan was $275K, now less than $90,000. I desparately need help on getting Wachovia out of the way to allow my partner out of the Wachovia deal and remove their mortgage lien on my house they acquired for my personal guaranty on the business loan. Can you help?
