This is a great forum. I have been reading different topics. I need help as well. I would like to create a magazine for women (new trends, how to look...). I know what i would put in and a plan but how to start it ,where to find publisher.

Thank you for your information. I do have a plan and locate in washington DC. I don't know about score? what is it?

Will it be something like Pink magazine? Who are your target market? you could try www.freelancefaces.com for an editor or publisher.
