Daycare Centers

I am trying to open a Daycare Center in Central Texas. I am interested in builders/ developers aquiring the land and building to suit my needs. Then lease purchase to me.

I am not sure if there is anyone that may know of any leads. Also, looking for funding and investors. The daycare will offer programs for the age group 0-5 yrs, and children with disabilities.

*How soon do you plan on *opening this Daycare Center in Texas??
Do you have a business name?? How about a Business Plan??
A Bus Plan is one of the first items a lender or investor will want to see.
I am the Treasurer of a Independent Living Center in N Y and
we are looking for an Executive Director.

I am in the process of updating the business plan. As for the name I have a DBA but I would like to change the name.

I am from NY just moved to Texas in July. I use to work at ACS years ago.

Have you looked at the ABC childcare centres? Theres a lot in the paper about ABC childcare and Eddy Groves at present, you can google him and see what he has done.
