i'm starting a small clothing co.

I need to find a company that can make my clothing line. My line will consist of t shirts, tank tops, sweat pants, hats and sweat shirts.

Do you have a Business Name and a Federal I D Number?? Where are you located like City and State??
Do you have a Business and Marketing Plan?? Do you know about SCORE?? SCORE is FREE.

HI. In my "first career" I spent 9 years with one of the UK's top weft-knitwear manufacturers. A very competitive industry then but maybe more so now, since cheap imports have killed off the trade. Is there a healthy demand or market for your clothing...

Is having the clothing produced a must? Because you can always by t-shirts, sweats, and the like wholesale and then do with them as you please. It cuts out alot of the needs that must be met when sourcing manufactuers. Might also save you money in the long run.

I am looking to produce my own clothing line with my logo. it is very competitive and i would prefer to have my logo on the label. i feel it looks more professional. I haven't been able to fine a company that can help me with this. They all seem to use other companies with there labels on them.

Did you find anyone to manufacturer you line? I am looking to produce and sell my line of maternity swimwear. If you know of any good tips that would be great.

MRSBLONDE76 , I am also in the process of manufacturing childrens hats to my design and am having trouble finding a manufacture (US based as many china based products are not selling or have a bad name). I was wondering if you made any headway on this topic. I will sahre with you any findings I come across. I am in Michigan and want have a business plan also. I just need to source a manufacture who will make hats to my specifications.
