One question? If you are a foriegn investor, will you be asking for a so called security deposit like the one reply from a company in Nigeria, Africa that would have loaned me $60k as long as I sent $600 first to get the loan?

To many times it could be hard to recover this security from a entity in another country. Plus a forien investor can only remain as such, so well I would like to know more?
