I would strongly suggest you copyright your concept and any storylines that have already been developed. I would also chronologically document any developmental trails (the first day you thought of the idea, the first time you wrote it on paper, the first storyline you did, etc.) Basically it's just a "paper trail" to prove that the idea is yours and that you actually developed it. You need to protect your intellectual property. As to finding a good entertainment attorney, I would advise you start with your own attorney...someone you trust...and ask for a reference.
