Used to be a big fan of Carbonite, though I'm now using Mozy which works a lot better. Having said that, I've heard Carbonite fixed some of their issues and have started offering some new features including file versioning, so perhaps they've improved now.
Basecamp is fantastic. I'm a freelance web developer and use it to collaborate with clients and sub-contractors. Worth every penny.
Haven't used YouSendIt. Prefer to use MediaFire for sending large files, though these services all tend to be quite similar anyway.
Also useful, is Google Apps for your domain. It's an easy way to get a reliable email system in place at no cost.
