Need startup financing for an independent pharmacy

I'm an pharmacist in southern california looking for financing sources/options for a startup independent pharmacy. I will need $200K. I plan to invest about $75K of my own money. I would prefer to not have a lein on my house. My wife is a physician and has about $220K/yr income. We boht have 700+ credit scores. What are some of my options.

The SBA 7a loan is likely your best option as some participating lenders will readily finance start-ups. But with your aversion to a lien on the home, this option is not a good fit for you.

You should investigate an unsecured personal line of credit. With strong FICO scores and a good personal financial statement, you will find that some banks will go as high as $250k.

Do you have a Business Plan/ It is one of the first items
a lender or investor will want to see.
Do you know about SCORE. SCORE is FREE,
SCORE has advice, not funds.
