Does anyone have a recommendation for a quality
software solution for writing Employee Manuals that I can compare JIAN's
Employee Manual Builder Product too. Thanks in advance.

The +Policies Now+® series (sold on amazon.com and in office supply stores) is affordable, complete, and easily customizable. It would be another good comparison product.

Atlas Business Solutions (www.abs-usa.com) has a product called HR Document Maker. Very simple and very affordable. They offer a number of other HR software tools as well and are very much geared toward small to mid-size businesses.
