Looking to sublease/share my storefront location (Bronx, NY)

I have my tax office in a busy location in the Bronx, NY and I am
looking to share the space with another business since I am only open 3
months out of the year. The ideal businesses to share with would be
Real Estate, Mortgage, Insurance, Attorney or Travel Agency. It's
1200sq.ft and the rent is negotiable. If interested, please email me at

I have a faith-based organization that needs temporary space for organizational and training purposes. I need a office that is available 2-3 times per week including weekends for hours after 5:00 PM. For about 3-6 months.
