Looking for investor for my franchisee

Hi All,

I have an education program and would like to open it for others to open franchisee.

I would like to know following:
1) Do I need to register companny in US, company is already registered in other country?
2) Which is the best medium of advertizement to hit intended (education related) investor?

Any one curious on getting more information or investing, feel free to post your queries and email id if possible.
