Hi, I've been looking for someone who could provide a $250,000 line of credit. I have a legitimate business and I am listed with Dun and Bradstreet. I am a licensed General Contractor in the state of Washington and need the money to purchase distressed properties for rehab and resale. There are over 500 estate or foreclosed properties in the area and only two contractors willing to rehab them. Although my company is less than a year old, I have been in the design and construction industry for 40 years. If you are interested, my email is hjogryzek@yahoo.com.

Thanks,

Hello,

My name is Mrs. Sample I am a real estate investor. I buy, sell and hold houses. I have been doing this since 1999. I had retained up to 15 homes and sold 6. I am maintaining about 9 homes for CASH FLOW. I am now stepping it up an investing in Mulitfamily Units. I have 2 awesome deals NOW on the table in the Arlington, Texas area that I am in negotiations with. This area is an emerging market. The downpayment is needed for both properties and you would become an instant equity partner on these deal.

For Example: For the use of small round numbers.. the property to be purchased is 1,000,000. (1 Million). Number of units is 59. The downpayment and closing clost would be approximately 23%, The bank will carry the rest of the note @ 80%. We'd share monthly cashflow. This property will generate about 60,000 a year cashflow. We would usually hold this properties for about 3 to 5 years. In this market with the location of the property, which is in the area of the Dallas Cowboy Stadium, the return on your money would be AWESOME!
Again this is just an example of how it works, each deal is differnet depending on how it is structured. It's not difficult to go through the numbers at all.

This is what I do and money is needed to fund the deals. If this is something you want to know more about, feel free to send me an email. I love to speak with you about my business.

Any paperwork, business plan, or financial statements concering these properties, I loved to share with you.
It would be WORTH your while to take a look. You'll be glad you did.

My email address is: coneet@aol.com

Thanks, Mrs. Sample

Do you have any idea what type of business you are looking to invest in. I work with high net worth investors and they tell me what type of businesses they are looking for. Otherwise, it is like looking for a needle in a haystack. I think the other person was trying to run a scam on you. If you wish to discuus this further, you can contact me through my website www.msfcapitaladvisors.com.

RT Real Estate Investments LLC is a developer of residential substance abuse and dual diagnoses treatment centers. We help the recovering individual, the community, and the investor to benefit from these specialized services.

The first of these centers is located in Olalla WA, (www.sunrayrecovery.com). Our planned residential facilities begin as sober living homes and convert to residential treatment centers as each property is licensed by the proper state licensing authority. State approved homes provide detoxification, counseling programs, education, lectures and group therapy. Long range planning includes expansion of multiple mid to high-end facilities located throughout the United States.

We are seeking funding for this project and we are on schedule to open in July, 2008.

This is the website for the Sunray Recovery Center. http://sunrayrecovery.com/home.html The Sunray Recovery and Treatment Center is the first "High-End" Residential Drug and Alcohol Rehabilitation Center in the State of Washington.

The strategic plan (available on request) offers an excellent return on investment and ownership stake in future projects. We have recently discovered the plan of a major asset management firm (Bain Capital) to acquire drug and alcohol centers through out the country. We have acquired three brand new homes on nine acres. These beautify built homes are on a private road, and we have some of the finest people in the field to design and run our centers.

One of the managing partners is Dr. Joseph McCarthy M.D. Dr McCarthy is the co-author of "Medical Complications of Cocaine Abuse". He was appointed by the American Society of Addiction Medicine to design and implement the nations first Addiction Certification Program. This certification is for physicians who desire to practice in "Addiction Medicine".

We have personally explored the need for such a center in the area. As we expected from the previous research, the need is incredibly high. We have all of the licensing applications in process and are VERY CLOSE to the grand opening.

There are still some positions available. Contact me for the PPM, strategic plan, and all available information.

Sincerely,

Michael Garcia

To All Here that Can View This Post,
Please take very seriously because I am succeeding at this very very lucrative business.

My name is Robert Freeman, Jr, and I reside in Katy, Texas. I am originally from Chester, Pa just outside of Philly.
I once fought as a Welterweight and Middleweight out of Philly as Elliot Freeman. My Trainer was Jimmy Authur who once handle Tyrone Everette before he was shot and killed in 1977.
My last fight was on Joe Fraizer's card in Virginia Beach in 1979. Since those days, I have given my service for my country as a soldier for over 15 years in the army with my last mission in Somalia where I lost 1 solider, Pvt Robertson whom I will never forget.

My wife's last mission was in "Enduring Freedom" during Sadaam Hussein. My last duty station was Ft. Hood Texas and that is why I am still in Texas today.

After the army in 1993, I went to work for the State of Texas as a Corrections Officer for over 10 years to support my family. However, the day came when I was just burned out from federal and state government work, that I went searching for just a plain job just so that I could feel normal again. I have been struggling since. What I wanted to do next was just to be in business for myself and I have succeeded in doing that.

A business that I truly love and very exciting and am succeeding at. I have thought about writing here sometime now but hadn't until now because I thought you would not respond but as you can see, here I am.
You still may not respond but, I'm giving it all I have, through posting.

I'm writing to you or anyone here in hope of you becoming my Associate and at the same time when you join my organization you will be able to create a very powerful monetary avenue for yourself and your family once you bring this information before them on my web-site.
I realize that you may not believe a word that I am saying about this business, so please investigate this company and you will find that there exist an opportunity for one to actually become financially stable in no time at all simply by who you know and not what you know.

You are in the right place (Texas) at the right time. Please do not over look this because only the visionary can see this and that's why I am writing to you.

Yes Sir, I am asking for you to be an Associate of mine by joining Ignite and bring in as many people that you can with you because your money is in your family and friends.
You Must See The 'Presentation' on the web-site. it's a must see!
After you see what I have to offer, or the business has to offer, I am sure with your business savvy, that you will be able to see that this business is a win win venture. I know that this posting is not of the ordinary that you may receive on a daily basis but, it's sincere, because I am trying so hard to reach so many people about how easy it is to make the money I am making because of what 'Deregulation' has done in the state of Texas. It's making, doctors, accountants, lawyers, ordinary people, financially stable with-in a year.

You have to admit that this business of Deregulationtion simply works! All you need to do is to go to the web-site and watch 3 videos, 25 minutes in length all together, and see for yourself just how lucrative this business can be in just a relative short period of time because this business is not about what you know but who you know and that is where your money will be.

You start making money in 24 hours, 24 minutes actually. Check my offer out, do your investigation through the BBB or any other organization to find out about this business and you must come to the conclusion that this will work. I know because I made my first $807.00 in less than 2 hours. It simply works!
If not, thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope to hear from you very soon.

Sincerely,

Hello,

To keep this initial message brief, I am a college student in the fashion industry. I spent the last 12 months in a partnership called The Outspoken. Our primary job was starting a clothing company but fell apart quickly. Though the company fell apart I spent all that time doing research on the industry and making samples. I've sold quite a few shirts in that time as well but between expenses and doing small numbers the actual profit was slim to none. I just started my own company and have incorporated and I need to secure 10k seed capital. If this seems interesting please contact me as soon as possible so that I can fill you in on the details.

Before anyone should even consider accepting your offer, who are you and what do you do?

You are coming from the angle of an "Angel Investor", but I do not see proof that you really have wings?

I read somewhere about this company that was asking for a lump sum of money, and THEN they would invest.

Rest assured, that SBOC monitors all postings EXTREMELY WELL, and if you are not legitimate, they are sure to do more then just remove your posting. Expect LEGAL REPRUCUSSIONS to follow if this is a scam.

Please validate the legitimacy of your offer, as any true "Angel Investor" has proof of their ability to do as such.

A few questions -

How do you have the ability to invest in someone?

Do you have a phone number so that we may contact you?

Do you have any references?

Hello Kenbac:

I have been in a "Pet Related" industry for 30 years. Proven track record and credibility.

I'm Involved in new product development/innovation. In the past I have had great success in selling our "own branded" products to Petsmart, Costco, Broadway, Blockbuster, QVC, National TV, Catalogs , Internet, Domestic Indy Distributors and International Distribution.

I am working on a new concept (several innovative new products) and in the process of patenting and building a "New Corporate Entity" from scratch around it.

Basically, everything has been arranged from Legal, Prototype/Tooling MFG, Artwork, Trade Finance, Product Manufacturing and Sourcing in China.

Already garnered very favorable interest from industry insiders and large retail outlet chains.

Although I'm not an older dog, or a young pup (no pun intended) ... I have been around the "track" a couple of times.

I would like to do a "deal" ... NOT a "steal", with a "real" investor.

The project has been "self funded" to this point and now going to the next level (presenting to buyers) within the next 60 days.

Please contact me for further discussion if you have an interest.

Regards.

Hello My name is Victoria Mossucco , I live in Miami Florida , I have been in the sports industry for 15 years specificaly tennis , but notice also the industry of working out and running isa big one an a profitable one , so I decide to fly solo I open my own store that has been open for the last 6 months and is going well for a new business , specially counting on the slow economy .
When I open I was not counting on that factor and i have running low on working capital , I am not looking for a big investment probably something like 35.000 to 50.000, those funds will be used to create more advertising and increase inventory .
Let me remind you south florida is a place where looking good is paramount , so exercising is extremely important and we have gyms everywhere , nThat is where my product comes in to place is basically all the appareal and accesories for man and women .

I am about to sign a contract to purchase a franchise that has been in its current location for over three years. the franchise itself has been around for over 50 years. the location that i am buying gives me an exclusivity for three surrounding major cities; it is based on population and i will have 1.5 million people. my franchise nets around 300k per year and i can get it for around 475 cash or 650 will the owner financing about 300k. therefore i need either around 475 or about 350. obviously the all cash deal is better, but it is more to come up with. either way, it is still being purchased for well under standart market values. this is completely legitimate, and i would rather bring in an investor than borrow the money from the bank. the only downside is that i have a very short amount of time to decide which offer to make (all cash or owner financing); i am making the offer tomorrow. please call or email me asap if you are interested. this is a unique, out-of-the-box oppertunity that is connected to the entertainment industry. my number is 203-725-1945 an my email is jonwogan@yahoo.com. thanks.

I'm a partner in a successful business and an "angel investor" would be great. We have outstanding clients, we are in a market that is growing rapidly, and we have several current projects that have great potential to be quite lucrative. I have a question. Why would Mr or Ms. "kenbac" be the appropriate source of much-needed capital?

Dear Kenbac

If you are seriously looking forward to invest in a genuine business, I have a company right now that is in dire straits, legititmately needs your help ASAP!!! I put a "desperate plea" out on the forum earlier today and have had only one response which is shocking!! This business is very legitimate, just starting up and not only that, have nearly $230,000.00 waiting to be EFT'd to my company's account once the government send in the provider number to receive their claims.

I have a small medical transportation business which is doing WONDERFUL!!! I have a client base already set since March 17, 2008, in which we started with two patients a week and are now up to 21 and counting and this is consistant monthly. Now we have established a repore, not only with the doctor at the Cancer Center, who requested that I assist him with his patients, but with surrounding dialysis clinics as well as nursing homes. We travel within a 50-60 mile radius daily. There is a need here and I see and know this because of where I work. My company is a lucrative business, but for some reason I didn't account for some of the issues at hand that really put me in a bind with my personal finances.

Me and my fiance' are the only workers right now because I can't afford to hire anyone yet on my personal check. I trusted someone to get all the paperwork in order last August and he took advantage of the situation and now I'm stuck and have to wait on my provider numbers to come in and send my claims to the appropriate authorities in which I have been in touch with them already. I talked w/luckiest earlier, although he has a legitimate and wonderful offer it isn't going to help me RIGHT now get the continuation funds I need to stay in business. I really need some assistance!!!

I am in hopes that you find it in your heart to at least consider looking at my business plan, my claims I already have and not only that, whatever you're offering at this time, line of credit or loan it doesn't matter, would truly be a blessing in disguise, as anything and everything is desperately needed just to stay functioning. I really need you to email me or call as soon as possible. I work graveyards at a hospital and work at my transportation company during the day. Please help I am very tired but very desperate!!!

So please contact me immediately if you can or even if you're not interested just send me an email saying 'not interested'. I have much respect for that. My email is *dmae15@yahoo.com**. Just another tidbit of information, this company adheres to the community and is on the city's list for next year in receiving a possible grant. But as you can tell that's next year. There's a lot riding on your response. So please do so accordingly. Thank you in advance*.

Hi Kenbac,

I am looking for financing for my business. Would like to speak with you when you get the chance. I have recently launched a website in Maryland and had previously co-founded a similar website in Australia (that company is now valued at $13million in 3 years) I think it can be even bigger here.

Please contact me at your earliest convenience

Brisbane is a city with about 2 million people and the population is growing by the day to an avereage of 1000 people a week!!! you probably know we have a massive mining boom here and there is a lot of people with money to throw around we get a lot of tourist aswell due to our beautifull beaches and sunny weather a lot of them are mainly from asia and have a lot of cash to spend.my proposal is to establish a concept salon here in brisbane with the abillitie to expand to other cities. The salon it self is under construction and will be ready for bussiness in about 8 weeks time, the location is second to none. there is 20 000 people that live in the 1 square killometre radious and there are 7 hotels within th 4 killometre radious another 200 000 to 400 000 people live and work in the emidiate area. my plan is to provide a service that is second to none, providing beauty, hair.pedi, mani, massage, deep tissue massage and facials under one roof, this concept is relativvely new to brisbane and it will be recieved with open arms,my aim is to provide a relaxed funky modern loungy environment with wireless internet acess and a coffe and liquore lounge aswell. I have been in the industrie for 9 years and have worked for some of australia's leading and most respected salons and have noticed the amount of $$$$$cash that they make providing a below then average service!!!! We have the abillitie to be making a min of $15 000 to a max of $30 000 a week australian dollars and as you probably know the aussie dollar is going up.with that amount af $$$ we can expand in 2 to 3 years with an average return of up to $120 000 aussie dollars per month per salon!!!!! i'm looking for a silent or active investor it's up to them!!!! if you would like any more info please don't hessitate to contact me on my web adrress which is vijasalon@optusnet.com.au or denismarachico@yahoo.com.au which is my personal email adrress thank you for you'r time, Denis E Maravilla managing director of vija concept salon pty.ltd.
