Just thought I'd introduce myself. I just formed an LLC to expad my websites/blogs business.
Here is my blog profile:

I have a Personal Finance blog called Everything Finance. The blog
articles fall under these categories: Investing, saving money,
shopping, blogging and making money online.URL: http://www.everythingfinanceblog.comI get an average of 1000 unique visitors per day. My Technorati rank is: 18862
I also maintain an Investing blog that focuses on investments in
India for NRI (Non Resident Indians). It includes mutual funds, stocks,
real estate and insurance.URL: http://investmoneyinindia.comThis blog is just 2 months old.

Do you have a Business and or Marketing Plan??

I do have a business plan. I have recently started selling products onlinee and am using my blogs as an advertising tool.
I really havent had a lot of sucess in selling products yet and that why I'm looking for opportunities in this area.

I thought I'd share what my tax accountant told me last week. I saved over $5000 by being an S-corp instead of an LLC by avoiding self-employment taxes. I suggest you call your lawyer and tax preparer to see if this may be a better organization for you.
