How,What can I do to expand my business overseas?

My business need expansion. I am in EU and our country is going to be the first economic place in the world. For to expand my company overseas I need some partners in US. We are already in China and constantly growing in Europe. Can you give some ideas to introduce our business in America and how to get some ventures capitalists?

Emile, What can you do to expand your business overseas.
Do you have a Business and marketing Plan?? That is the first item a lender or venture
capitalist will want to see. Do you have an Accountant?? Lawyer??

Luc, It's nice to hear from you again. You're the most prolific contributor in this place. I have a private lawyer but not for business. I have an accountant, a business plan, but not a marketing plan. You have already my email address; can you send me a template to be adapted for my marketing plan? Thank you very much!

I can provide you a template for a business plan in power point.
What kind of business are you in? The first and foremost thing you need to consider is your sales and marketing channel. How are you going to get your product to market and how are you going to determine if there is a market for your product?
