Hi Peter, I am still working hard on my biz plan so I have nothing formal to give you yet. However, I can give you an overview. We are a small music studio that does preschool music and movement in the morning hours. In the afternoon we give private lessons in piano, voice guitar and flute. Last year we grossed 100K in tuition. However, we are in the wrong location and paying too much for rent. I have found a new location where the rent would be the same but the visibility much higher in a town with a much larger population. However, I need approx. 50K for a build out and another 50K for staff additions to run the building full time. I anticipate a larger income over time but not immediately.
