I am located in rochester new york, i run a used car dealership right now so i am going to use my lawyer from here and my accountant. I have put together a marketing plan as far as, yellow pages, website, local community paper, and craigslist.com, most of the business is already established but i am going to pay some of the crew members for each new account they achieve.

If you have good credit, the Small Business Association is a good place to start for lending. www.sba.gov. Another good source is www.businessfinance.com.

Good Luck!

Also try your local bank where you have personal accounts. They can help too.

All start up financing today is tough, certainly tougher than last year and the years before. But with market conditions changing rapidly, may I suggest that you contact your local experts starting with your own bank (presumably BofA). If that does not work, contact your local Small Business Development Center (SBA) for no cost but professional advice. Go to www.sba.gov then click on Local Resources, then SBDC to find your local office. They will almost certainly know who is lending now and at the same time can assist you with your business plan to ensure a good pitch for the money.

Good luck. Ben
