Looking For Investors or Investor Loan

I am the owner of Freeport Capital Partners Inc., And i am looking for a loan of Between $50,000 to $100,000 to Acquire the lease of a 5000Sqft Night Club, get Liquor License and for working Capital. This Night Club is a Popular Brooklyn, New York Night Club and Income Potential is Great. Willing to Take loan On Prom. Note Agreement, Security Agreement, and Personal Guaranty. Business Plan Available.

Hard to Acquire Bank loan If Possible would like info on how i would be able to get a bank loan.

Welcome to this web site. How soon can you acquire the lease??
And how long is the lease for?? What is the time frame for the Liquor License??
Do you have a Business and Marketing Plan??

I can Acquire lease right away as soon as i get capital in, Liquor license Might Take About 2 months and i do have a business plan

It will be very difficult to get a bank loan for this. No collateral, and essentially a new business. And a risky one at that.
