Looking for partner, bank loan, or an angel investor!

I recently started an online retail business and I'm looking for ideas and tips on raising capital. I have tried the bank route and I continue to receive the typical responses.

Hello Luckiest,

Thanks for the welcome. That is correct I'm in Salem, Ma. I have recently started an online shoe company, that is doing great with the available resources I have. I have just about $100k in this far and need another $100K for more marketing, inventory and general operating expenses.

My background is in the DRTV industry; running TV, radio, print and web campaigns. I have a great business plan and marketing plan. I have met with my local SBA branch here in Salem and I think they are great, but I'm still stuck for funds. I need the money pretty quickly to make this work.

Do you have any suggestions?

Exactly! I thought there would be great customer services there.... but guess what, they even gave me hard time on my business CD accounts at the Mission San Jose, CA branch.

Come on, any branch manager, VP level or not, should know how to treat your customer. If corporate training program didn't teach you that, let me give you three points

Rule 1) Customer is always right!

Rule 2) Tailor the business solution according to customer needs

Rule 3) Make sure rule 1 and 2 follow!

As simple as this! This will help you to boost your customer satisfactory number!
