Funding for new business startup

I am in need of $50,000.00 to start my new business as restaurant owner. I have applied for approval on a personal loan since I am just starting up this business. I have a partner who will also be securing a personal loan as well. This project has the potential to be very successful with the outlines and projections we have formatted with other business using our facility. Please let me know if anyone can help. Rgds.

Who are you?? Where are you?? What kind of restaurant?? and Where and When will the restaurant open??
How long do you need the start up money for?? What security do I get?? And how will I get paid back??
Do you have a Business and Marketing Plan??
