I need assistance on how and where to get free advertisement to promote my site below

I used old timer pay per click search engines giving free bonus to signup without even showing credit card, but i made no money from about 100 of these ppc search engines.
Kindly let me know where to put my free advert so that i can have money to advertise with big companies.

Sometimes giving free bonus to signup does not help. SCORE is FREE.
SCORE has 26 FREE Online Courses including Developing a Business and Marketing Plan,

What type of business are you in? You have to do a competition analysis before you spend you marketing dollars, specifically do a keyword analysis. Also, SEO is another great way of promoting your business. Reply about the details of your business and I will give you some tips.

after taking a quick look at your website I noticied lack of relevant content. Domain name, content relevancy plays an important part in genereating relevant traffic, without relevant traffic you can kiss adwords revenue goodbye.
