What do you mean "sell a treatment"?

Do you want to get a new TV show on a network?

What type of show?

Tell me a little more about yourself. We have lots of Hollywood and network connections
in our CEO Space network.

I assume you're not working as an intern for a TV production company, don't have an agent, aren't enrolled in a university writer's program that's linked to a studio, and don't live in Hollywood where you might be able to schmooze with industry insiders. So . . . every studio has a development department with sub-groups for new sitcoms, new comedy shows, made-for-TV movies, etc. You'd want to get an appointment with the appropriate VP at each network that might be appropriate for your show. He or she is the person responsible for finding new concepts and ideas. That individual is a LONG way down the org chart from the people who'd have the power to actually put the show on the air -- but it's the place to start.

If you're inexperienced in the industry, you might consider reading:

Hope this helps. Best wishes.

Yes, Luckiest, a treatment is just a brief narrative telling "the story of the story" to sell the concept, characters, and "franchise" of a new show. Established screenwriters and scriptwriters use them to pitch new ideas.

Lets try it another way. YES I have a few GREAT ideas in the works to sell to a network
Now if I tell you about them !) you might market them yourself 2) you might improve on them and again
market or sell them.
Sound familiar, well my next idea ----Sorry can't say more yet, Talking to Ted.
