New Pet Product, no competitiion, need an investor/advice

I am a women owned business that has a patent pending product for the pet industry, there is nothing like it on the market today, and the target market is 17 million households. I, unfortunately, do not have a network of investors and am therefore finding it difficult to obtain the $75k I need to get to market. I have all my manufacturing costs secured, however, I need $75K to complete the manufacturing specifications, prototypes, and marketing items to start production. I have a waiting list of customers, as well as interest from major retailers. I am not eligible for an SBA loan, and found only a few angel investor sites who seem to be looking for technology products only. Can anyone offer help? Thank you!

Lenders or investors will want to see a WRITTEN Business and Marketing Plan.
What is your education and business background??
How long from Capital to Production To Market??

I could put you direct contact with a banker in New York that may be interested in your proposal. You will need a business plan. I could send you a copy of one to use if you like.

Make sure you can account for how themoney will be used, timeframe to launch the product, commitment of customers and your vision for the company.

I have a prospectus and budget for the items I need to get to production. I have an associates degree, as well as 15 years experience in administrative work with everything from insurance companies to real estate developers. Once I have the capital, it will be 6 weeks to get the specs and 4 weeks to start production, 4 -6 weeks later, I will have product for distribution. Thanks for the help!!
